Program Booking and Payment
Upon receiving payment, your program booking will be processed. A confirmation email will be sent, including information such as the paid amount, arrival time, recommended accommodations, and other details.

Punctuality and Participation
All classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time may result in being considered a "no-show," forfeiting your participation. In the event of forfeiture, you will not be able to reschedule or receive credit.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule your program, a written request must be sent via email to info@dirtfish.com.
If your cancellation or rescheduling request is received 60 days or less before the scheduled event, the following fees will apply:
Ice Driving USA does not offer monetary refunds. Any credited funds will be placed into your DirtFish account as "account credit" and can be applied to future Ice Driving USA programs.

Standard Customer Driving Programs

60 to 45 days before: 10% of program retail cost per driver

45 to 15 days before: 20% of program retail cost per driver

15 days to 48 hours before: 30% of program retail cost per driver

Custom, Corporate, and Group Programs/Events

60 to 45 days before: 10% of program retail cost per driver

45 to 15 days before: 30% of program retail cost per driver

15 days to 48 hours before: 60% of program retail cost per driver

No Refunds for Late Cancellations
If the confirmed and paid number of participants decreases within 48 hours of the event, Ice Driving USA does not offer any refunds or credits. Driver substitutions are allowed to fill any vacant seats.

Under-Booked Classes or Weather Issues
In the event of an under-booked class or any scheduling issues due to weather, Ice Driving USA reserves the right to reschedule participants to a new mutually acceptable date and time. If no new date can be agreed upon, we will place credit on the customer's Ice Driving USA account for future use.
Program Cancellation Due to Low Enrollment
If we do not have 100 participants signed up by January 1, 2025, we reserve the right to cancel the program. In this case, all payments will be refunded in full, or customers may choose to apply their payment as a credit toward a future program.

Health and Safety
Ice Driving USA follows current CDC guidelines. If you test positive for COVID-19, please do not attend your program. Contact us to discuss the situation; cancellation fees may apply, but exceptions may be made. If you are feeling sick but have a negative COVID test, we ask that you wear a mask to your class to help keep our staff and other participants safe.

Promotions and Discounts
Ice Driving USA may offer sales or discounts from time to time. To qualify for a promotional offer, you must complete your purchase within the promotional period.

Ice Driving USA does not offer retroactive discounts.

Only one discount may be applied per booking, purchase, or reschedule.

We do not allow "double dipping" of discounts (using multiple discounts for the same purchase).

If a discount was applied to a booking and you reschedule, we reserve the right to remove that discount for the new date.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for our driving programs cover the balance of the program and car type at the time of purchase. If program pricing increases, there may be an additional balance due.
Gift certificates purchased with a discount or promotion will have their discounted value expire one year from the date of purchase. The cash value of a gift certificate does not expire.

Age and License Requirements
Participants must be at least 16 years old or have a valid driver’s license. If a participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must sign a minor waiver onsite before they can take part in the program.
