Terms of Purchase – Ice Driving USA

1) Booking & Payment

Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received at checkout. All prices are per attendee and charged in USD. By placing your order, you authorize Ice Driving USA to securely process your payment.

2) Punctuality & Participation

All classes begin promptly. If you fail to arrive on time, you may be considered a no-show and forfeit participation. No refunds for missed sessions.

3) Cancellations & Rescheduling (Email request required)

To cancel or reschedule, submit a written request by email to relax@icedrivingusa.com.

Individual Programs – Fees / Credits

• No monetary refunds. If cancellation occurs within the allowed window, any paid amounts are issued as account credit toward a future program.
• Fees per driver: 60–45 days before: 10% of the program retail cost · 45–15 days before: 20% of the program retail cost · 15 days–48 hours before: 30% of the program retail cost · less than 48 hours: no credit or refund available.

Corporate & Group Programs – Fees

• 60–45 days before: 10% of total program cost
• 45–15 days before: 30% of total program cost
• 15 days–48 hours before: 60% of total program cost
• Less than 48 hours: no credit or refund available. Driver substitutions are allowed if a replacement is provided before the event begins.

4) Weather & Low Enrollment

If Ice Driving USA cancels due to extreme weather, participants receive a full refund or credit toward a future program. If a participant withdraws due to personal weather concerns, standard cancellation policies apply.

5) Health & Safety

Ice Driving USA follows current CDC guidance. If you test positive for COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses, notify us before attending; cancellation due to illness may be eligible for credit on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.

6) Promotions & Discounts

Discounts are valid only during the promotional period; retroactive discounts are not honored; if you reschedule, any applied discount may be removed for the new date; multiple discounts cannot be combined.

7) Gift Certificates

Gift certificates cover the program cost at the time of purchase; if pricing has increased, you may be required to pay the difference. Gift certificates purchased with a promotion expire one year from purchase; the cash value does not expire.

8) Age & License

Participants must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

9) Acknowledgment

By purchasing or participating in an Ice Driving USA program, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
