Ice Driving USA – Split PaymentBy placing this order, you authorize Ice Driving USA to securely process the split payment. The first installment (50%) is charged at the time of booking, and the final installment (50%) will be automatically charged on January 5, 2027
All classes begin promptly. If you fail to arrive on time, you may be considered a no-show and forfeit participation. No refunds for missed sessions. Ice Driving USA

No monetary refunds. If cancellation occurs within the allowed window, any paid amounts are issued as account credit toward a future program. Ice Driving USA
Fees per driver:
• 60–45 days before: 10% of the program retail cost
• 45–15 days before: 20% of the program retail cost
• 15 days–48 hours before: 30% of the program retail cost
• < 48 hours: no credit or refund available. Ice Driving USA

15 days–48 hours before: 60% of total program cost

Driver substitutions are allowed if a replacement is provided before the event begins. Ice Driving USA
If Ice Driving USA cancels due to extreme weather, participants receive a full refund or credit toward a future program. If a participant withdraws due to personal weather concerns, standard cancellation policies apply. Ice Driving USA
Ice Driving USA follows current CDC guidance. If you test positive for COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses, notify us before attending; cancellation due to illness may be eligible for credit on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation. Ice Driving USA
Discounts are valid only during the promotional period; retroactive discounts are not honored; if you reschedule, any applied discount may be removed for the new date; multiple discounts cannot be combined. Ice Driving USA
Gift certificates cover the program cost at the time of purchase; if pricing has increased, you may be required to pay the difference. Gift certificates purchased with a promotion expire one year from purchase; the cash value does not expire. Ice Driving USA
Participants must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license. Ice Driving USA
